Areas of Practice

Sarah was called to the Bar in 2004 and joined Peel Court, having successfully completed her pupillage under the supervision of Miss Tina Landale.

Sarah has an increasingly busy practice encompassing all areas of criminal litigation, acting on behalf of both the Prosecution and Defence in the Youth, Magistrates’ and Crown Court. She has experience of cases concerning violence, drugs, public disorder, dishonesty and road traffic offences. She also accepts instructions in ancillary criminal matters such as confiscation proceedings.

Whilst prosecuting Sarah has represented the CPS, HM Revenue and Customs and the Department of Work and Pensions. She accepts instructions in relation to judicial review proceedings arising from criminal matters. She is also happy to advise in writing regarding such cases.
