Areas of Practice
Since being called to the Bar in 1986 Jonathan has developed his career in Criminal Law and his experience and expertise has led to a busy practice prosecuting and defending in all areas of crime especially sexual offences, violent crime, drugs offences and fraud. He has a wide knowledge of cases concerning children and video link evidence.
Although the emphasis has always been on crime Jonathan’s early practice was in Common Law, Personal Injury, Family and Crime and he retains a special interest in false imprisonment, malicious prosecution and human rights cases involving the Police.
