Joe has a busy criminal law practice in both the Magistrates’ Court and the Crown Court. He frequently appears for the defence at both levels of jurisdiction, and regularly acts for the Crown Prosecution Service. Joe has been seconded to the Revenue and Customs Prosecution Office, and has particular experience of importation offences, tax evasion and tax credit fraud. Joe regularly prosecutes cases of domestic violence and harassment. He has also successfully defended allegations of police assault, as well as violence and public order act matters.
Joe has served in the Armed Forces on active service, and has an interest in Courts Martial practice. |
