Areas of Practice

Tina specialises in criminal law and prosecutes and defends in many areas of criminal law including sexual offences and violent crime. In particular Tina is regularly instructed in very serious sex crimes involving vulnerable witnesses and defendants, those involving children or those who have mental health difficulties. She has recent experience of prosecuting a complex human trafficking case which involved multiple victims and defendants and four separate Police Forces within the UK and Europe. Tina prides herself on her sensitive approach and consideration of client needs

Legal advisor to the West and North Yorkshire Hate Crime Scrutiny Panel. This panel scrutinises all hate crimes including race, religious, homophobic, transphobic crimes and domestic violence.
