Fiorella is a specialist in Criminal Law including the most serious violent and sexual crime. She is experienced in dealing with vulnerable witnesses for the Prosecution and Defence. Fiorella prosecutes and defends in a range of criminal work involving drugs, murder, child abuse and human trafficking.

Fiorella is an experienced Grade 4 Criminal Prosecutor.

With a background in Family Law she has frequently sought and obtained disclosures in civil proceedings for use in criminal trials.

R ~v~ McGowan – rape of mentally defective girl by younger brother

R ~v~ Shaw – numerous allegations of rape of daughter by father over a number of years

R ~v~ McHugh – prosecuted case of attempted murder of friend

R ~v~ Leek – prosecuted a child for rape of younger child

R ~v~ Kolompar and Petrovics – trafficking of Hungarian female and living of income from prostitution

R ~v~ Choudhury and Others – conspiracy to supply Class A drugs

R ~v~ Norford and Norford – prosecuted brothers for supplying Class A drugs with intent

R ~v ~ O’Brian – prosecuted serial rapist for crimes over a ten year period

R ~v~ Hodge – defended young mother co-accused with partner of inflicting serious injuries to her child

R ~v~ Goleck – prosecuted defendant for causing 100 injuries to child of partner

R ~v~ Vapiwala – prosecuted man for allegation of historical rape of male child; arrested on the basis of DNA match

R ~v~ Kingham – abduction of child in care, grooming the child and sexual activity with child by mature adult male
